How can administration become future-proof?

Our managing director, Philipp Jackmuth, attended an event on March 28, 2023, organized by GovMarket and PwC in Berlin, which addressed this interesting topic.

In addition to contributions from municipalities, former State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Volker Halsch, and Ekin Deligöz, Parliamentary State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ), also spoke.

Ms. Deligöz emphasized that by improving conditions for child care and elderly care, a workforce potential of up to one million full-time equivalents could be raised. Other speakers focused on the possibilities of increasing digitization and process automation to make administration more future-proof.

Everyone agreed that action must now be taken so that after the impending wave of retirements in the coming years, the administration remains functional.
